Capabilities

Eight capabilities, four outcomes.

Find the outcome you need. Each capability lists what it delivers and what shapes its scope — pricing is set in a written proposal or level-of-effort estimate, never published as a rate card.

Launch

01

Websites

Launch a credible site—or repair the one holding you back.

  • Responsive core pages and clear navigation
  • Working forms, analytics, and content structure
  • Performance, mobile, and baseline security improvements

Scope shaped byPage count, platform, hosting, content readiness, and whether this is a new build or rescue.

Automate

02

Workflow automation

Move intake, follow-ups, reminders, and routing out of inboxes and into dependable workflows.

  • Form and CRM routing
  • Follow-up, appointment, and invoice reminders
  • Quote and proposal workflows

Scope shaped byConnected systems, workflow complexity, and process stability.

03

Dashboards and reporting

Turn scattered spreadsheets into a current, shared view of operations.

  • Automated dashboards and file exchange
  • Scheduled reporting workflows
  • Clearly defined operational metrics

Scope shaped byData-source quality, metric complexity, and refresh cadence.

04

API and data integration

Connect the tools your team currently moves data between by hand.

  • Payment, email, CRM, and data-service integrations
  • Validation, error handling, and secure data movement
  • Deployment, monitoring, and documentation

Scope shaped byAPI availability, data volume, integration count, and security requirements.

05

Internal tools and admin panels

Custom internal software that helps your team manage customers, requests, content, records, approvals, or daily operations from one place..

  • Custom forms, records, and admin dashboards
  • Role-based access and change history
  • Built on the data and workflows you already have

Scope shaped byScreen count, user roles, data sources, and integration needs.

Understand

06

Advanced analytics and knowledge systems

Systems that organize complex information, uncover patterns, improve search, and help teams make better decisions from their data and documents.

  • Source-grounded search with verifiable citations
  • Analytical workflows and decision-support views
  • Data refresh, evaluation, and review procedures

Scope shaped bySource formats, data volume, evaluation requirements, and integration surface.

07

Technical diagnostics and engineering-risk reviews

Independent technical reviews that identify reliability, security, scalability, integration, and maintainability risks before they become expensive failures.

  • Focused investigation of a specific technical problem
  • Architecture, reliability, cost, and security observations
  • Prioritized findings and recommended next actions

This is an engineering-risk review, not a penetration test, compliance assessment, or security certification.

Scope shaped byCodebase size, system count, access, and review depth.

Support

08

Maintenance and care

Keep shipped systems stable as tools, dependencies, and requirements change.

  • Monitoring, backups, updates, and repairs
  • Bug fixes and dependency maintenance
  • Release coordination and technical documentation

Scope shaped bySystems covered, turnaround expectations, and support level.

Not sure which capability fits?

Start with the outcome you need. PantherByte identifies the appropriate service, then recommends the right next step — a fixed-scope proposal, or a paid discovery and scoping engagement before the written level-of-effort estimate.

How an engagement works

From fit call to implementation — clear decisions at every stage.

No generic rate card. The right service is identified first. Straightforward projects may move directly to a fixed-scope proposal. When meaningful technical analysis or solution planning is required, PantherByte begins with a paid discovery and scoping engagement before preparing the detailed implementation estimate and SOW.

  1. 01
    Discovery complimentary

    A complimentary fit call

A 15-minute project-fit call to understand the immediate problem, desired outcome, timing, and whether PantherByte is likely to be a good fit. No charge and no obligation.

  2. 02
    Initial direction non-binding

A service recommendation and preliminary range

When enough information is available, PantherByte identifies the likely service and may provide a preliminary, non-binding price or timeline range for budgeting. This is not a detailed implementation estimate, architecture plan, or final scope.

  3. 03
    Paid discovery when needed

    Detailed analysis begins after authorization

When the project requires technical investigation, requirements analysis, architecture planning, workflow mapping, platform selection, or dependency review, PantherByte proposes a separate paid discovery and scoping engagement. The scope, fee, and expected discovery deliverables are approved in writing before this work begins.

Paid discovery is not required when the project is sufficiently clear to scope responsibly without it.

  4. 04
    Prepared after discovery

A written scope and level-of-effort estimate

After the applicable discovery or scoping payment is received and the analysis is completed, PantherByte prepares the proposed implementation scope, exclusions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, estimated level of effort, delivery requirements, and project fee.

  5. 05
    Implementation decision

A mutually signed MSA & implementation SOW

The Client reviews the implementation proposal and decides whether to proceed. Implementation is authorized only after BLKPVNTHR LLC and the Client sign the applicable Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work and PantherByte receives the required initial project payment.

  6. 06

    Work begins here

    Project start

Delivery starts on the SOW date

The turnaround clock begins on the later of: the project start date stated in the final SOW; signature of the MSA and SOW; receipt of any required deposit; and receipt of all client materials, approvals, access, and dependencies needed to begin. The estimated time for completion will be outlined within the SOW.
